What You'll Do
As the Contracts & Compliance Manager you are a skilled leader and as passionate about the details of contract compliance as you are about the strategy to help people successfully implement the contracts required to support Saga's program. You are responsible for monitoring, improving, auditing, and managing existing and new contracts, policies, and systems for the purposes of program compliance. You will also be responsible for all matters of policy, implementation, and compliance related to the AmeriCorp national program. Central to that effort you will ensure that Saga's staff is equipped to meet the requirements unique to this program successfully.
The Contracts & Compliance Manager will report to Saga's Chief Financial Officer and work closely with leadership to manage Saga's regulatory compliance related to local, state, and federal guidelines and government contracts.
