  • Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Director of Academic Development, the Assistance Director is primarily responsible for advising a caseload of Questrom residential Full-Time and Part-Time MBA Programs. In addition to student advising and advising operations, this position will e assigned the secondary responsibility of supporting signature and co-curricular programming within the MBA program, in collaboration with the Associate Director of Community Engagement. All full-time staff have the opportunity to support Questrom's Global Immersion travel courses and collaborate on other student experience and engagement initiatives in a support capacity. This includes overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale curricular experiences such as the MBA LAUNCH (orientation). Finally, this position works with the Questrom Registrar's Office on other registration, audit, and registrar duties, as needed.

    • BA/BS, Master's Degree in related field preferred, and two to four years of experience in counseling, student services or higher education administration.
    • Strong oral and written communications skills, highly organized and the ability to multitask.
    • Prior event planning experience preferred.
    • Some evening hours and occasional weekend work required.
