ASSISTANT MANAGER, MEMBER SERVICES, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance
Boston University's Department of Physical Education, Recreation & Dance is looking for an Assistant Manager of Member Services to help with the day-to-day operation of all services overseen and offered by the Department of Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. As part of the Member Services Team, this position is primarily responsible for managing the pro shop, including locker and towel rental program (approximately $250K in business annually). Duties include development of sales, operations and budget strategies, meeting revenue goals, researching market trends, merchandising, negotiation with vendors, reporting and data analysis. This position also oversees other satellite member service operations. Position will support building coverage and general operational responsibilities such as security, safety, guest services, and maintenance.
