    - Participant Engagement:

    - Assist participants with mobility and personal care during activities when needed.

    - Collaboration and Communication:
    - Work closely with the Activity Director and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of activities and events.
    - Maintain open communication with participants’ families or caregivers regarding upcoming activities and individual progress.
    - Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for new programs and improvements.

    - Administrative Support:
    - Assist with record-keeping, including attendance logs, participant assessments, and program evaluations.
    - Help with the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

    - Safety and Compliance:
    - Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe environment for all participants.
    - Report any concerns regarding participant well-being or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

    Qualifications:

    - High School diploma or equivalent required; a degree or coursework in recreational therapy, education, or a related field is preferred.
    - Previous experience in recreational activities, education, or a related field is a plus.

    - Passion for promoting wellness, recreation, and social engagement.
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    - Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling tasks.
