LifeScape is looking for someone with an eye for detail and attention to detail. The custodial team is looking for someone who can work in a team, but also works well independently. Searching for someone who enjoys making areas sparkle, but also looking to make a difference in the lives of others.
This position is responsible for supporting adults with disabilities, while conducting custodial service and training in various care environments. Custodial and cleaning duties could be performed in care environments that include residential, education, hospital or contracted settings/sites.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of clinical psychology
Knowledge to foster excellent patient relationships
Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize duties and work closely with other programs/projects.
Organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously with a problem-solving approach.
Skills working effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, with sensitivity provided to people from diverse communities.
Literacy and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent written, verbal and telephone skills.
Sensitivity to patient needs and cultural competence
Knowledge of the healthcare environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and supervision skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community and within the program.
Records maintenance skills.
