  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue.
    • Identify top 50 architects and designers in your geographic market and develop a strong relationship with key contacts.
    • Use Dodge Reports and SalesForce (CRM) to keep abreast and provide tracking/reporting of upcoming projects with current and new architectural firms.
    • Identify and call on top builders in region to capture the specification for residential foam sheathing and Rmax solutions.
    • Prepares a formal and rehearsed presentation of products, services and company strengths.
    • Should always be well-prepared by doing research on competition organization, competitive products and their customers.
    • Set objectives and work within the Rmax profile to reach these objectives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
    • Technically oriented - able to help architects and builders with interpretation of CAD detail, wall-assembly design, solutions for moisture and air control, and related topics required by the design community.
    • Well-developed inter-personal, communication, presentation, negotiating, organization and listening skills.
    • High level of energy and enthusiasm - customer-driven.
    • 4-year degree or equivalent job experience.
