    Position Summary

    Area Development Analyst, Partnerships is a key member of the Academic Operations team, responsible for driving growth by opening and building new territories. This position will focus on conducting in-depth research to identify emerging opportunities for partnerships that support experiential learning. The Area Development Analyst will lead proactive outreach efforts to establish relationships with new partners, ensuring alignment with Nightingale College's mission, vision, and pathways as they expand the College's footprint into new regions.

    Essential Function and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with internal teams to research, assess, and strategically expand IP and DFC placement opportunities in new territories, driving growth initiatives.
    • Proactively researches and identifies new potential partnerships in underserved or uncharted regions, providing strategic recommendations to Academic Operations Leadership for future engagement opportunities.
    • Conducts comprehensive research on potential new sites, including quality reviews, territory demographics, and other relevant insights to ensure alignment with institutional goals and needs.
    • Serves as the primary liaison during new partnership outreach, while managing negotiation, and establishment of new affiliation agreements to support experiential learning in emerging regions.
    • Secures new site agreements and facilitates a smooth transition of the new partner to the respective Liaison, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are transferred for ongoing relationship management.
    • Drives the cross-functional transition from initial partner outreach to long-term, sustainable engagement, ensuring continuous development and strong relationships in new territories.
    • Updates and maintains accurate records of all new partner interactions, agreements, and relevant documentation in the Customer Resource Management (CRM) database and SharePoint, ensuring data integrity.
    • Prepares and distributes professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear representation of partnership goals.
    • Collects and analyzes feedback from new partners to identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements that strengthen long-term relationships in newly developed regions.
    • Contributes to functional strategy discussions, offering insights into new territory expansion opportunities and advising on potential areas of growth for the institution.
    • Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in territory development, providing training and support to team members on best practices in outreach and partnership growth.
    • Plays a key role in implementing strategic projects related to new territory development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contributing to overall partnership success.

    Minimum Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in business development, outreach, or partnership management, preferably within the education or healthcare sectors.
    • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new opportunities for growth.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships through proactive outreach and effective communication.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and negotiating agreements.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality, proactive work.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools for tracking outreach, partner engagement, and opportunity pipelines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
    • Ability to align strategic initiatives with the mission, vision, and pathways of Nightingale College.
