Shenandoah University’s School of Pharmacy is accepting applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice position. This is a full-time, benefited position located on our Health Professions campus in Winchester, Virginia.
This position emphasizes pharmacy practice and patient care in an ambulatory care setting in Winchester, VA. The primary clinical responsibilities of the faculty member will be the provision of patient care encompassing a broad range of disease states with an emphasis on chronic diseases and medication management. They may be involved in implementing other patient care services. The faculty member will also serve as a preceptor for IPPE and APPE students. Didactic teaching will primarily occur within the School of Pharmacy’s therapeutic modules, patient assessment skills, or case-based laboratory courses. Service and scholarship responsibilities will be determined by faculty rank.

The candidate should possess a Pharm.D. degree and be eligible for pharmacy licensure in the State of Virginia.
