Job Description

We need an enterprising, detail-oriented Communications & Project Management Associate.
Reporting to the Executive, Scalability & Project Management Office, the Associate of Communications & Project Management will support various teams with communications, project management, and other administrative responsibilities. This individual will serve as right-hand support to keep critical workstreams on track to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in project kickoff meetings, proofread communications, schedule communication timelines, validate recipient lists, build and send communications via marketing/email platforms, and implement feedback.
Assist with research and writing tasks, and help organize and maintain the department’s communications records and documents.
Conduct quality assurance and auditing of communications and key documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Track tasks and projects to prioritize deliverables and ensure timely completion in alignment with deadlines.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive team calendar, tracking key workstreams and project deadlines.
Support the Executive, Scalability & Project Management by managing the calendar, preparing agendas and presentations, and coordinating special projects.
Ensure timely execution of administrative workflows, procedures, and communications.
Required Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working in a dynamic environment;
You have strong writing and communication skills;
You are comfortable addressing a variety of audiences with a knowledgeable, friendly, confident, and professional demeanor;
You possess extraordinary attention to detail and can think critically about tasks at hand;
You possess advanced G-Suite skills, proficiency with Mac/Apple products preferred; and
You are a quick learner and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
