    Job Description

    Reporting to the Creative Agency Operations Manager, the Associate Project Manager will provide essential support to our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, fostering clear communication across team members, and maintaining high standards of project management practices. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with various internal teams to support project delivery and help drive operational excellence.

    The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably within an advertising agency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Operations team in the coordination and execution of projects and initiatives.

    • Serve as a liaison between internal Creative Agency teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

    • Help manage project timelines and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them to keep projects on track.

    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to ensure follow-through on project tasks.

    • Support the Operations team with administrative tasks such as maintaining project documentation, organizing files, and preparing reports.

    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless coordination, production, and delivery of project components.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably preferably within an advertising agency.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization.

    • Proficiency in Monday.com project management tool or similar software

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve independently.

    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

    Compensation Range

    $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
