    Job Description

With our rapid growth, Success Academies is seeking an experienced, innovative Supply Chain Associate to partner with a fast-paced and forward-thinking team.

    Responsibilities:

    Working within our central Network office, our Associate, Supply Chain will report directly to the Supply Chain Leader. Key responsibilities include:

    • Participates in projects including supplier sourcing, price negotiation, supplier management and contract negotiation

    • Manage and update the procurement system ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

    • Track all inventory through supply chain, from PO placement through production, transit, to destination

    • Proactively generate ways to better streamline our processes and deliver an improved customer experience

    • Support with managing inventory, logistics and performing other basic material management functions including controlling inventory, warehousing and receiving

    • Execute in the implementation of new or improved purchasing and material management processes proactively to enhance efficiency and performance

    • Work closely with school operation teams and other network teams to ensure teachers have the materials they need to deliver engaging, rigorous lessons

    • Work against performance metrics for measurement and evaluation of supply chain

    • Proactively identify and communicate potential escalation points and recommend preventive measures

    Qualifications

    A successful applicant will have the following experiences and characteristics:

    • Preferred 2 to 3 years of supply chain experience supporting procurement and distribution in a high-expectations environment

    • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

    • Impeccable project management and communication skills

    • Fluency with spreadsheets, including Google Sheets and MS Excel

    • Ability to interface with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

    • An active engaged communicator, managing stakeholders expectations

    • Collaborative and feedback-oriented with a high level of initiative, flexibility, and customer service; and

    • Organized with an attention to detail and ability to multitask.

    Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
