    Required Qualifications: **** This position requires an associate’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Also requires a minimum of 4 years of relative experience. A valid Florida driver’s license is required for this position.

    Key Responsibilities : This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.

    • Performs a variety of administrative tasks for Auxiliary Services including the generation and management of documents and reports (e.g. invoices, commission reports, sales reports, vending equipment data, work orders, etc.).
    • Assists with procurement of auxiliary operations by requesting quotes, entering purchase requisitions, and following up with suppliers.
    • Adds, updates, and revokes meal plans and flex cash within the Atrium database. Works closely with staff in Student Accounts, Student Life, and Athletics departments. Generates and reviews Atrium reports daily, weekly, and monthly. Researches and resolves exceptions. Responds timely and accurately to inquiries from students, suppliers, departments, and staff regarding transactions, meal plans, and flex cash.
    • Maintains familiarity with all elements of auxiliary contracts. Audits contract terms on a regular basis, identifying issues and following up to ensure resolution. Compiles information and data for periodic and special reports; performs research and retrieval of records; conducts statistical comparisons of information; sets up and maintains a record system for area of responsibility.
    • Assists with work orders for equipment maintenance. Schedules repairs and tracks associated costs.
    • Facilitates regular communication with College employees, students, and community members regarding college-wide campus auxiliaries; conducts PowerPoint presentations to new groups as needed.
    • Travels to all campus locations to monitor auxiliary operations. Routinely inspects and audits vending equipment. Acts as the primary contact for service-related issues and questions.
    • Keeps abreast of the current and future auxiliary service trends through market research, study, and attendance at specific workshops and conferences. Builds a network of dependable vendors and service providers. Attends auxiliary services conferences; networks with nationwide peers.

    **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: **

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential.
    • Ability to understand and utilize multiple software applications is also vital.
    • Must be able to follow oral and/or written communications.
    • Requires sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a recurring basis, manual dexterity in the operation of office equipment; extended periods of time at the keyboard.
    • This job requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing, speaking, and color perception.
