DESCRIPTION: The School of Business and Management (SBM) advances the mission of Azusa Pacific University by cultivating professional programs of excellence in business and management; fostering a culture of scholarship among faculty and students; and preparing students to transform how business works. It houses 13 undergraduate majors and minors and three graduate degree programs (MBA, MBM, MAcc) with a combined enrollment of around 1400 students on the main campus and at several regional campuses throughout Southern California. The school is professionally accredited by WASC and IACBE and is an AACSB member school.

The management faculty position is at the Full, Associate, or Assistant Professor level in one or more of the following areas: management, international business, marketing, human resources, organizational development, or entrepreneurship. The preferred teaching assignment is at the undergraduate and masters’ levels. Position subject to final funding.
SPECIALIZATION: Management (all areas considered).

PREFERRED:
EXPERIENCE: Excellence in university teaching, a strong evangelical Christian commitment, experience in service to a university, evidence of scholarly research and publications are expected. Significant business experience or enrollment management experience is a plus.
WORKLOAD: Full-time Faculty. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, advise students, conduct research, lead student clubs and participate in university service and leadership.
