  • Responsibilities

    The Research Program Coordinator I will support Boston University’s Women Veterans Network (WoVeN) program and sister program, Building Reintegration through Dreams and Success (BRIDGES). This individual will contribute to the strategic aims of the WoVeN and BRIDGES programs under the supervision of the WoVeN Director and Co-Director. WoVeN/BRIDGES is a peer support network for women Veterans and women transitioning out of military service.

    • Assisting with planning, coordination and organization of program-related events (e.g., WoVeN groups and alumni groups, Peer Leader trainings; BRIDGES retreats; monthly Trainer meetings).
    • Facilitating positive relations and clear communication between program staff, our volunteer workforce and the larger WoVeN/BRIDGES community.
    • Contributing to marketing, outreach and recruitment efforts (e.g., monthly newsletter, social media posts).
    • Tracking program information and monitor progress towards program goals.
    • Compiling and summarizing program information for reports to funding agencies.

    Required Skills

    High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
