ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR, CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT AND CURRICULUM, Enrollment, University Registrar
About the Role
Boston University’s Office of the University Registrar seeks an Associate Registrar for Classroom Management & Curriculum. This role oversees and manages the class scheduling, classroom management, and implementation of academic courses, programs, and policies approved by the educational leadership of Boston University. This position represents the Office of the University Registrar to the Provost, University deans, associate/assistant deans, and other BU senior leadership in establishing and maintaining appropriate and consistent academic and curricular policies and procedures throughout the University. This position is eligible for two remote days.
A liaison to offices throughout the University, the Associate Registrar works with Associate Deans and Deans throughout the University’s schools and colleges, the Provost's Office, Marketing & Communications, Information Services & Technology, the Hub Office, Dean of Students, and the Advising Office. The role also partners regularly with other Enrollment & Student Administration offices, for example Enrollment Services Operations. This role reports to the Assistant Vice President & University Registrar.

About the Organization
The Office of the University Registrar is part of the Enrollment & Student Administration unit (ENSA). It supports the instructional and student progress endeavors of Boston University by providing quality services to students, faculty, academic and administrative departments, and the public. We supervise registration and the evaluation of transfer credit, maintain student academic records and record grades, issue transcripts, verify enrollment and graduation, issue diplomas, assign classrooms, produce the class schedule, schedule final examinations, and oversee production of the Bulletin and the Degree Advice system.
