    Internal Title: Business Partner I, CX (Collaborator Experience)
    The target hiring range for this position is $31.50-35.50/hour.

    Position Summary:

    As a CX (aka HR) Business Partner I, you will support key employee relations functions, guiding collaborators and managers through leave of absence and accommodation processes while addressing low-complexity issues such as attendance concerns and minor policy violations. You will act as the first point of contact for collaborator inquiries, conduct initial investigations into routine matters, and assist in onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, you will contribute to data reporting and collaborator experience projects to align workplace practices with company values and drive a positive, inclusive culture.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Guide collaborators through leave of absence and accommodation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
    • Administer unemployment and workers' compensation processes, including responding to claims, coordinating documentation, and communicating with necessary stakeholders and agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Address low-complexity collaborator relations issues, such as attendance concerns, minor policy violations, and simple conflict resolution.
    • Act as a liaison between management and collaborators to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, values, and behaviors. Assist in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for collaborator complaints or inquiries, escalating more complex cases as needed.
    • Conduct initial investigations for routine collaborator relations matters and draft supporting documentation.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring concerns are addressed during the collaborator lifecycle.
    • Assist in data reporting related to collaborator relations (e.g., trends in disciplinary actions, attendance, etc.).
    • Participate in the implementation of Collaborator Experience projects as needed, contributing insights and support to ensure successful outcomes.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in human resources or similar function preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple projects within a dynamic environment.
