LifeScape is seeking an interested candidate to join our dynamic and collaborative team as a Behavior Specialist supporting children within an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). LifeScape is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and is willing to be trained in behavior therapy. You will have the ability to advance current programs, as well as collaborate to develop new programs. Required Skills Required Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalency is required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required. NOTE: successful completion of RBT training, certification and maintenance of certification required within 45 days of starting. Two years of completed coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related fields and/or prior experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors is preferred.
