POSITION SUMMARY:
The Consultant collaborates with a team of McREL consultants under the direction of a Managing Consultant or Director to provide consulting, professional learning, and technical assistance services to McREL’s clients, with an emphasis on contextualizing McREL’s evidence-based products and services. The Consultant delivers high-quality professional learning and capacity-building services for clients through face-to-face interactions and remote, technology-enhanced means. This includes delivery and development of services, as well as effectively listening to and understanding client needs in order to help devise appropriate solutions that address those needs. The person in this position understands the challenges and emerging trends in education and leverages them in customized consulting and technical assistance services provided to clients.
TRAVEL/LOCATION: Must be willing and able to perform all national and international travel (including overnight and commercial airline travel) that is necessary to accomplish the essential functions of this position. Travel for this position is estimated at up to 80%. We have offices in Denver, Colorado or Honolulu, Hawaii location; We may be open to remote employees who live within 60 minutes of a major airport.

The annual full-time salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000.
