Taylor University is seeking applications of candidates for two USER SERVICES SPECIALISTS. These are PART TIME, TWELVE MONTH, NON-EXEMPT positions located in Upland, Indiana. There are two shifts available, one working the morning shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am to noon and the other working the afternoon shift, Monday through Friday, 1 pm to 5 pm. Resumes will be accepted until positions are filled. The User Services Specialist provides in person, phone, and online technical support at the Tech Express desk and computer lab in Zondervan Library.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include providing one-on-one assistance to users supporting software, computer and mobile devices, keycard access, campus printing, and IT Help Desk ticket entry. The focus of the position is to provide direct, immediate support for users contacting 4040/4444 or visiting the Tech Express desk. There may be times that field service calls will be required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelor's degree recommended.
