Reporting to Director of Stetson Health Service and Dean of Students, the Lead Tracer would provide leadership to the COVID-19 tracing process as well as work on tracing and support of Stetson community members who have COVID-19, are potentially exposed or are symptomatic. This is a temporary position, end date TBD based on need.
- Provide direction and support to overall COVID-19 tracing process
- Organize and support group of 20 tracers who are assisting with process
- Lead training and continued development of tracer team
- Manage distribution of load amongst tracers
- Manage database systems which keep confidential information
- Adjust process in line with recommendations from Health Service, the Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control
- Provide tracing support to Stetson employees and students throughout all campuses. This includes completing a detailed account of their whereabouts and contacts; noting symptoms and possible exposures; referring for medical care, meals and other supports; and connecting with staff that will isolate residential students
- Clearing community members based on Department of Health guidance
- Requesting consultation from Health Service and Athletics Physician as needed
- Complete tracing on nights and weekends as needed
PRIORITY WORK SCHEDULE: INDIVIDUAL MUST WORK MONDAY’S AND FRIDAY’S AND ONE WEEKEND DAY, ALONG WITH TWO OTHER DAYS PER WEEK. JOB CAN BE DONE VIRTUALLY/FROM A REMOTE LOCATION.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: HS Diploma/GED
