    Job Description

    The Opportunity:

    We, at Flywire, are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and hardworking Client Success Manager to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to our new and existing business clients in the US + EMEA region. This individual should be a phenomenal teammate, interested in building a new business unit, and be motivated by success.

    The Client Success Manager will work with the Travel sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, find opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize the Flywire International Payment Solution.

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within key business client accounts

    • Creating the ideal strategy for each business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling

    • Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms

    • Working with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding

    • Strategic Consultation- Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy. Also provide a feedback loop for The Client, by gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel.

    • Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with clients when representing the company

    • Execution and results oriented- A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For:

    • 4+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role

    • Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships

    • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills

    • Proficient presentation skills

    • Proficient in spanish is a plus

    • Salesforce experience is a plus

    • Willingness to travel 25% of the time

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$70,000 plus, commission, restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
