Description
The Clinical Educator will develop and deliver educational programs and resources to all levels of healthcare professionals, students, and interdisciplinary team members involved in clinical training and education throughout the grant-funded project, ending June 2029. This includes implementing training modules, workshops, and continuing education programs tailored to address the unique needs and challenges of caring for older adults at Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Project (GWEP) primary care sites. The clinical educator will provide learning-oriented support to students and healthcare professionals while facilitating the smooth implementation of clinical rotations, preceptorship programs, and hands-on experiences in geriatric settings.
