    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and personable Concierge to join our team at Colonial Village. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services and assist guests with a wide array of requests, ensuring a memorable experience during their stay. The Concierge will be an indispensable resource for guests, anticipating their needs and offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and establish a rapport to create a welcoming atmosphere.
    - Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities tailored to guests' preferences and interests.
    - Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
    - Make reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment on behalf of guests, ensuring all details are confirmed accurately.
    - Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, coordinating services such as housekeeping, maintenance, and catering as needed.
    - Maintain an extensive knowledge of local events, city guidelines, and insider tips to enhance guest experiences.
    - Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
    - Assist with special requests, such as arranging personalized experiences, transportation, or gifts.
    - Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of guest interactions and preferences in the hotel's management system.
    - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold the highest standards of service.
    - Engage in continuous learning and training to stay informed about new services, amenities, and local happenings.
    - Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    - Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
    - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
    - Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options.
    - Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
