The Opportunity
Traveler Support Specialists (TSS) are obsessed with customer satisfaction and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll serve as the voice of EF Ultimate Break, fielding calls, text and chats from our travelers and servicing those inquiries in an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and compassionate manner.
