Sargent College’s Department of Physical Therapy offers a range of academic professional programs with a focus on preparing students for careers in health care. Reporting to the Department Chair, the department manager will work to ensure the efficient management and operational excellence of the academic unit and its dynamic community of faculty, researchers, and students. Working in collaboration with faculty Program Directors, core responsibilities include: budget oversight and management; processing payments; procurement; event planning; supervision of department administrative staff and student employees; assistance with faculty academic appointments, promotions, tenure applications, recruitments, and search processes; student program admissions support; data collection, record management and preparation of accreditation and department annual reports
