    EF Education First is proud to offer a Cooperative Education Program (co-op) in partnership with a student’s college or university, giving students the opportunity to align their academic and future career goals with full time or part time work experience for a select period.

    This is a temporary role from July-December 2025 on the EF Recruitment Marketing Team.

    It will be full time, 4 days in the office weekly, 40 hours/week. The compensation is $24 per hour.

    The Recruitment Marketing Team in our Boston office is responsible for EF’s employer brand strategy. We are a small but mighty team tasked with sharing what work at EF Education First is like, with the objective of attracting, recruiting, retaining, and engaging the right people.

    The Role/Responsibilities:

    Are you passionate about brand building in real life? Do you love storytelling and content creation? Are you able to turn ideas into strong digital concepts? We’re looking for a highly motivated Design and Social Media Co-op who is adaptable and curious with knowledge in brand building. This position will work with a variety of colleagues across our Boston, London, and other offices. The responsibilities for this position are as follows:

    • 45% Social Media and Content Creation-bringing our global employer brand to life by creating content showcasing EF’s work culture to talented individuals around the world. This includes ideating, producing, designing and editing content for EF’s global recruitment social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. It also involves collecting data and reporting on trends/content performance.
    • 45% Design-Using our existing brand and campaign guidelines to create visual assets for internal and external office communications, including social media (graphics and IG Thumbnails), signage, tv screens, office communications, and more. You will work closely with a variety of different teams on tasks big and small to make sure what we share matches a consistent look and feel.
    • 10% Other tasks-including, but not limited to: supporting candidate events, maintaining and developing our employer advocacy initiative, trend research, and day-to-day support to the team. No task is too big or small!
    • Please note-this role is always in a stage of transformation, based on our needs and your talent. To succeed you must be flexible and able to take on an array of different tasks.
    • Who You Are/Skills & Qualifications: You may be a great fit for this role if you...
    • Are a creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas and suggestions into action
    • Are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) for graphic design. Motion graphics experience (After Effects) a plus!
    • Have proven experience designing for a brand or client (even if it’s just for class). A portfolio or examples of design work must be submitted with your application in order to be considered.
    • Are passionate about digital storytelling with experience working and editing videos in TikTok and Instagram
    • Have experience with video editing tools (specifically Adobe Premiere Pro)
    • Are detail-oriented and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
    • Are excited to learn and not afraid to ask questions
    • Are adaptable and thrive in a constantly-changing environment
    • Have prior marketing experience, whether it be a past co-op position, coursework, or summer job
