Enrollment Coordinator - Hult Undergraduate

The Role:
Join a community of doers who are passionate about changing the world of business education as it exists today. As an Enrollment Coordinator you will be instrumental in promoting Hult's top-ranked four-year Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) Program across North America. This role primarily combines Application Management, Data Tracking, Sales, and Event/Project Participation through engagement with prospective students, their counselors, and the Hult Enrollment team. Success in this role (KPIs) is determined through converted applications and YOY increase in student matriculation.
Application Management:
- GUIDE students through the application process and set deadlines and expectations
for their application materials
- NURTURE the applicants’ engagement, knowledge, and excitement for our program
as much as possible
- EXEMPLIFY the welcoming environment at Hult by providing excellent interpersonal
and intercultural communication with all key stakeholders regardless of cultural,
social, or economic backgrounds
- CONNECT frequently and effectively with students and counselors through emails,
phone calls, text, and WhatsApp communication to ensure applications are
completed in a timely manner
- COLLABORATE with the Enrollment Advisor and the Admissions team to determine
any additional information or documents that may be necessary to request from the
student
Data Tracking:
- MANAGE a large volume of applications using Salesforce CRM
- ORGANIZE applicant materials like transcripts, personal statements, and letters of
recommendation from various sources
- EVALUATE application materials to ensure it meets Admissions requirements
- CONVERT applications from Partial Application to Completed Application and maintain strong YOY conversion rates
UPDATE the Salesforce database of school information and counselor contact information as needed
- TRACK team activity results by creating online campaigns and uploading relevant
leads
Sales:
- REACH out to candidates who have expressed interest in our program and determine fit
- SHARE key information with candidates that align with their interests and needs,
and motivate them to start their application
- PROMOTE opportunities for prospective students to engage and learn more about
the Hult community; such as our Virtual Open House events, Talk to a Student
platform, Masterclasses, Core Module Experiences, and our social media platforms
Event
- Project Participation:
- SUPPORT the Enrollment team with any additional projects and events - this may
include events such as fairs, Counselor Fly-ins, Accepted Students Dinners, outreach
campaigns, or recording personalized messaging to students, counselors, and
families
Key Skills for this Role:

- Fluency in English, additional Spanish fluency is a plus
- Demonstrate the willingness to learn and able to take constructive feedback
- Ability to innovate and create new ways to engage our students and other key
stakeholders
Salary Range: $50,000 - $54,000 annual
