POSITION DETAILS

 Student employment is offered in a variety of departments and programs throughout the college and at each of the outreach centers. Students are employed in a variety of entry-level capacities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform a variety of manual and non-manual entry level work as directed by the student supervisor.
2. Operate within the guidelines set forth in the College’s policies, procedures and practices.
3. Perform other reasonably related duties as directed or assigned.

 QUALIFICATIONS

Student employment eligibility is contingent upon enrollment at CWC in a minimum of 6 credits each semester. Course loads will be periodically checked. For summer employment, students must have completed a minimum of 6 credit hours in the preceding spring semester, or be enrolled in at least 1 credit in the summer session or be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in the upcoming fall semester.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Varies depending on position assigned.
2. Ability to arrive to work on-time.
3. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
4. Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
5. Ability to follow directions.

Required Skills Required Experience

• High School diploma / G.E.D. equivalent or currently enrolled in high school or GED Program.
