    FTE: 18% (7 hrs/week)
    Compensation: $20 per hour / $2,250 Scholarship

    Job Summary

    Looking for a passionate Graduate Research Assistant who is interested in cultivating a transpersonal research skill set. The Graduate Research Assistant will provide professional-level support related to research and creative activities that contribute to the mission of the MTC and will be under direct supervision by a faculty member. The position will build confidence to use a social justice framework in supporting individuals, families, and communities in need via community-based Family Constellation Research.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist faculty with research/scholarship projects.
    • Conduct literature searches and reviews/ editing.
    • Assist in the development of project methodology.
    • Engage in data collection.
    • Engage in data entry and data analysis.
    • Assist with manuscript and/or grant development.
    • Assist with developing professional presentations.
    • Aid with sustainability research curriculum development/ video content and recording
    & Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Graduate student in good academic standing.
    • Computer skills (Microsoft Office software/Excel). Preferred use of SPSS or InVivo Software. OR willingness to learn.

    Job Preferences:

    Familiarity with and understanding of library resources; customer service experience and/or past experience interfacing with library users who need help with information resources; comfort and experience navigating online information resources; ability to learn new computer-based software’s and systems; kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness in interpersonal communications; creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Graduate student in good academic standing.
    • Computer skills (Microsoft Office software/Excel). Preferred use of SPSS or Invivo Software.
    • Heart-centered and compassionate verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and task completion skills.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
    • Strong active listening and attunement skills for interviewing study participants.
    • Ability to record training videos on research
    • Ability Attend conference presentations
