Growth & Operations Intern
- Responsibilities
This person will work closely with NextGenVest's VP of Operations to engage existing NextGenVest Student Members in valuable ways, develop and maintain operational processes, and work with different partners - from the NY Department of Education to General Assembly to Chipotle to Chegg.
YOU WILL GAIN EXPERTISE IN:
Growth strategy using multi-media, community engagement, and business development.
Mailchimp, A/B Testing, Mandrill analytics across web and mobile
Digital marketing best practices across paid and organic channels
General business and presentation skills
How to manage your own money effectively!
Assist in execution of other ad hoc audience development and business projects that come up as necessary.

- Qualifications
Receiving a BA at a top tier University
Media & Communications or Marketing Majors preferred.
Experience with marketing tools. Preferred: Mailchimp, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
Detail-oriented, with strong writing and communication skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter who is able to think creatively and problem-solve independently.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
