Opportunity at a Glance
As a part of the Employee Services team, this role is the primary administrative and project support for the HR Centers of Excellence. The HR Support Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out the administrative functions within the new hire process, including offer letters, onboarding, and I-9 administration. This role plays an important part in managing the logistics and tracking of new hire onboarding and will work to resolve any technical issues that hinder the process. Additionally, this role will provide operational support to several benefit, compensation, and colleague relations processes. Working closely with askHR Service Center, this role will also assist colleagues with, payroll, compensation, benefits, systems, and policy questions. To ensure success, HR Support Coordinators should exhibit strong time management, organization skills and be comfortable working with data within HR systems.
Responsibilities
Support the talent acquisition process by generating offer letters, tracking background checks and completing new hire forms for domestic and international colleagues. Also manages the Federal Work Study end to end recruiting process.
Maintain active job codes and update job descriptions, as necessary.
Manage the I-9 administration process for all new hires and ensure compliance is maintained.
Partner with HRIS team to maintain data integrity within HCM.
Support operations for internal job changes, workflows and personal data changes.
Assist with external and internal HR related inquiries, regarding verification of employment, payroll, benefits, systems, etc within established service level agreement.
Assist with maintaining employment related records and assist our employee relations and legal department by producing personnel files, as needed.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and use good judgment to identify issues and escalate, as needed
Manage unemployment claims, track separation agreements and assist colleagues with benefits after separation questions.
Partner with the Talent Management team to support and administer projects, as needed.
Produce and submit reports to varies departments, including new hire reports.
Performs other duties as assigned

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $32.86. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
