    IT Project Manager & Business Analyst* **POSITION SUMMARY:*The IT Project Manager & Business Analyst – National & Global, as a member of the Project Management Office, is responsible for developing and managing technology projects on behalf of the National & Global operating unit. This will include tracking costs, establishing project timelines and scope and guiding projects to completion within agreed upon timelines and standards.Responsibilities include: developing project plans and budgets, communicating with key stakeholders, effectively collaborating with project leads and resources, developing and maintaining project timelines, associated milestones and communication plans, and managing project resources. *REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: *This position will report to the Director of Project Management within IT. There is dotted line reporting relationship to the National & Global Chief Strategy Officer.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in business or communications, IT, or a related field.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Primary duties and responsibilities include:Create & manage project plansDefine project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progressAlign project objectives with institutional goals, and ensure project teams and stakeholders have a common understanding of project deliverablesDeliver and install technology solutions on schedule and within budget Assist project team with the design and development tasksLead process of issue identification and resolutionManage risk tracking processMonitor and manage scope and alert stakeholders and technology resources in the event of scope changesOversee project documentation, including project chartersCultivate partnerships between client, technical teams and stakeholders/sponsorsManage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommunicate with both internal and external entities to ensure project execution Engage and participate in StratOp AIP Leader meetings, represent strategic projects with updates as appropriateAct as an advisor in monthly N&G project management cohort Zoom meetings/training sessionsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:NoneQUALIFICATIONS:According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.Experience:· Minimum 4+ years’ work experience in a fast-paced professional environment· Preferred: Experience in higher education· Proven ability to onboard and facilitate the execution of complex business projects· Customer-facing experience in scoping and analyzing business requirementsand objectives· Proven customer engagement experience· Experience with project management processesRequired Skills:· Proven work experience in project management or an equivalent combinationof training and experience necessary to complete the responsibilities of the position· Broad knowledge of business practices, project management and IT systems· Microsoft Office: Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®· Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to· ProjectManager.com, SmartSheet, MS Excel, etc.· Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a wide range of personalities and constituencies· Demonstrated ability to be forward-thinking and innovative whileunderstanding client needs and the capabilities of IWU business processesand technologies· Diplomatic and tactful written and verbal communication skills with theability to influence others· Deliver powerful presentations and articulate in a confident manner thatengages others· Strong customer service skills and ability to foster this in others· Be an independent, self-initiated worker, as well as a team player· Capable of balancing attention to detail with overall project scope to drive results· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
