The Instructional Designer role is responsible for designing and creating engaging and compelling learning activities and content in conjunction with key stakeholders. With a heavy emphasis on interactive and multimedia technology-driven components, this role requires extensive collaboration with subject matter experts, business stakeholders internal reviewers, and educational technology colleagues to apply best practices of instructional design to create high-quality and innovative learning experiences and assets for Walden employees. The Instructional Designer will also develop and disseminate internal design standards, provide project management support to development efforts, and analyze learning experience effectiveness and usability across the curriculum.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.9 and $80,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
