Job Description
The Instrumentation and Controls Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, implementation, and modifications of all software-controlled PLC/equipment interfaces, data collection as well as the support of other standard electrical instruments and controls involved in the plant operations.
Qualifications
Mechanical / Electrical Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Rockwell Contrologix Software is required, Siemens is a plus
Knowledge of Rockwell FactoryTalk View and Wonderware
2 years minimum related work experience in a related field
Control System design and modifications, equipment design and manufacturing, plant network design and support
Experience in PLC programming, and HMI development
Basic Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel and Access data bases
Experience in developing and maintaining production data base
Excellent communication and people skills
Team leadership aptitude
Analytical problem solver
