  • Responsibilities

    The Junior Project Planner will perform a variety of research and administrative functions supporting Principal Investigators and Project Managers leading department teams to meet research project objectives.

    Will develop and draft research protocols of studies, compile and submit new grant proposals ensuring continued funding, compile, draft and submit IRB and other required documentation to ensure research efforts are compliant.

    Recruit and consent study participants, schedule research interviews and meetings, administer surveys and consent study patients, manage all correspondence among all concerned parties.

    Will maintain all databases of research, conduct literature and other internet-based searches ensuring research is current and compliant, conduct chart reviews and extract pertinent information, review and edit all reports, posters, manuscripts and presentations ensuring all information conveyed is accurate.

    Analyze data and prepare tables and graphs, summarize qualitative and quantitative findings to present to the community.

    Coordinate all site visits and focus groups; coordinate information from such groups for the research group. Position will work 100% offsite at VA Hospital Boston.

    Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related experience.
