    Join our free, fully online 15-week program to jump-start your career as a Jr. Full Stack Java Developer.

    In this program, you’ll learn the technical skills necessary to be successful on the job and the soft skills that will help you achieve your potential. During the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a 12-month paid apprenticeship with Verizon’s software development team. Throughout the apprenticeship, advanced technical skill building will also be available through Multiverse.

    WHAT IS A JUNIOR FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER?

    The Junior Full Stack Java Developer curriculum prepares participants for the Junior Developer role, which often work within a team of developers to create new websites and applications. As an entry-level Junior Developer, you may work in tech-based startups, mid-large size software development companies, or consultancy firms, among others. This role generally performs the following tasks:

    • Develop solutions
    • Test & Finalize solutions
    • Fix errors
    • Coordinate / communicate with team and other stakeholders
    • Learning & Teaching new technologies and skills

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Have earned a high school diploma or GED
    • Be 18 years or older at the start of the program
    • Available M-F, 9AM-5PM local time for in-class hours
    • If planning to pursue employment then the applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Live within 60 miles of Dallas, TX (proof of address required)
