Job Description
Success Academy, a leader in education and college application preparation, is seeking an innovative and dynamic Lead for our Scholar Programs within the External Relations group. This role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing our Summer Experience, Dual Enrollment, and College Pathways programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating opportunities that support students' academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Program Development and Implementation: Develop and oversee the implementation of the Summer Experience, Dual Enrollment, and College Pathways programs.
Collaboration with Partners: Collaborate with educational institutions, community organizations, and other external partners to expand and enhance program offerings.
Informational Sessions and Workshops: Design and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and events to promote program participation and provide guidance to students and parents.
Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve and adapt programs as needed.
Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to program coordinators and other team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Process Development and Implementation: Develop and implement processes and guidelines to streamline program operations and ensure consistency.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities, outcomes, and participant information.
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or inquiries related to the Scholar Programs.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance the quality and impact of the programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, program management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in program management, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and community stakeholders.
Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of dual enrollment, summer programs, and college pathways is preferred.
Experience in leading and managing a team is preferred.
Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
