Job Description

We now need a results-driven Lead, TA Operations to join our Talent Acquisition team.
The Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations will lead the efforts in optimizing and evolving TA systems, tools, programs and processes. This person will provide day-to-day operational guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team and other internal business partners to increase TA operational efficiency and productivity. They will be responsible for equipping the TA team with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process and track recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement. This person will partner with several cross-functional partners and will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing TA tools, systems, reporting, vendor relationships and external partner organizations
Lead and support special recruiting projects and initiatives to ensure business needs and client deliverables are met
Drive the creation of relevant analytics and reporting for individual business needs, quarterly business reviews, etc.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners and facilitate interactions on key performance indicators, service level agreements, and troubleshooting issues across the recruiting ecosystem.
Author and ensure all TA standard operational procedure (SOP) documents are up-to-date and are kept readily available for stakeholders.
Responsible for the communication and adherence to TA compliance requirements and ensures focus on reporting, auditing, and escalation of any known issues.
Focus on the maximization and organization of the candidate journey from first touch to day one.
Perform regularly scheduled process and system audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
A successful applicant will have the following experiences and education:
Required Qualifications
Experience with training and change management
Proven experience managing complex projects/programs
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
3+ years of management experience
Experience managing teams through change is highly preferred
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presenting, influencing and negotiation skills
Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience presenting to key stakeholders and senior leadership is required
Proven ability to analyze information to find trends and diagnose problem areas
Experience with training and change management
Use critical thinking, identify opportunities to optimize, maintain, evolve, and ensure continuous improvement throughout all TA systems, tools, trainings, programs, and processes
Bachelor’s degree.
A successful applicant will have the following traits:
Required Traits
Data-driven and comfortable translating business requirements into actionable insights via milestone mapping and measurable analytics.
Experience with Workday and leading ATS providers.
Experience managing vendor partnerships.
Experience with process improvement, documentation, and reporting within HR.
Background check management and oversight, and on-boarding within HR/Talent Acquisition.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00
