Leader, Talent Acquisition - School Recruitment

We now need a results-driven Leader, Talent Acquisition - School Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team.
The Leader, Talent Acquisition - School Recruitment is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of SA’s Schooling recruitment program. This role requires a hands-on player coach with proven experience managing large scale and high volume recruiting initiatives. You ideally have deep expertise in recruiting across various industries and a strong ability to manage and inspire a team of recruiting professionals to deliver exceptional results. This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a strategy for continuous pipeline of talent for instructional and non instructional needs
Optimize, assess, and streamline the recruiting process to enhance candidate experience, reduce time to hire, and ensure quality of hire
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership across departments to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions for volume recruitment challenges
Leverage data analytics and key recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring needs, and drive decisions
Collaborate cross functionally to understand evolving hiring needs and make recommendations for data driven process improvements
Oversee the use of recruiting technologies to ensure efficiency in the recruitment process
Manage and develop a team of recruiting professionals
A successful applicant will have the following experiences and education:
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a high volume recruiting leadership role
Proven success in managing large scale recruiting operations, preferably in fast paced or start up/high growth industries
Strong leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and developing high performing recruiting teams
Excellent communication and cross functional skills - you know how to tailor messaging to audiences
Proven experience managing complex projects/programs
Bachelor’s degree.

Required Traits
Data-driven and comfortable translating business requirements into actionable insights via milestone mapping and measurable analytics
Experience with Workday and leading ATS providers
Experience with process improvement, documentation, and reporting within Talent Acquisition

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00
