    In the Learning and Development Analyst role, you will be at the heart of evaluating the effectiveness of our learning programs and driving meaningful change. You'll focus on understanding the impact of training and development efforts, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to optimize learning experiences, and ensuring that programs truly enhance talent development and performance.

    This position is perfect for someone with a combined passion for learning and development and has a genuine interest in how evaluations and data can drive growth. While you'll leverage data to inform your recommendations, we're seeking someone who is motivated by the bigger picture—using insights to enhance the development journey for all team members.

    This central role in a cross-functional Learning, Development, and Enablement team requires strong partnership with business stakeholders as they will collaborate across the institution to evaluate program effectiveness and drive process improvement delivery through data-driven recommendations for learning and development program improvements, opportunities for new programs, and resources.

    Responsibilities

    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of learning programs, gathering and analyzing learner feedback, completion data, and performance outcomes to measure success and areas for improvement.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams across the institution to assess coaching needs, provide recommendations for performance improvement, and track the progress of learners over time.
    • Identify areas of opportunity for the L&D function, support the development of new strategies, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Lead initiatives related to talent development and enablement from concept to execution.
    • Work closely with the Learning and Development team, Quality Assurance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and organizational goals.
    • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other tools (e.g. Power BI and Salesforce) to track data, identify trends, and create insightful reports to inform decision-making and refine training strategies.
    • Use data insights to make recommendations for changes or enhancements to existing programs to improve learner outcomes, engagement, and retention.
    • Archives project documentation, data, results, and any relevant learning program information.
    • Manages multiple initiatives and projects according to strategic goals and plans, monitors, and reports progress to ensure that required work is delivered on time.
    • Develops and maintains a solid knowledge of learning methodologies, institutional policies, and business processes. Displays willingness to share such knowledge with other stakeholders.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or a similar field, required.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technologies, and e-learning tools, required.
    • Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies, required.
    • Experience gathering and analyzing data to inform learning program design and decision-making, preferred.
    • Demonstrated success establishing clear priorities to achieve business outcomes.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technologies, and e-learning tools.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI).
    • Experience creating and implementing surveys, feedback loops, and other systems.
    • Experience leading or supporting change management or organizational development initiatives.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and senior leaders.
    • Passion for coaching, development, and empowering others to grow.
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work with multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent organization skills; must be able to manage tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision and direction.

    Additional Information

    _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520 and $93,918. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
