Reporting to the Program Director, the role of the Program Manager is to provide oversight and support to TRACS (Transition Resources and Community Supports) program, a young adult program for ages 16-25. TRACS offers multiple opportunities for young adults and their families to receive support and establish meaning, connection, and purpose in their lives. This is done through job coaching, One-on-One Peer Mentoring, social events and recreational activities, peer support groups, Photovoice Project, and various other groups.
The Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining the capacity of the program by overseeing and participating in program development, financials, marketing, admissions, and engaging in direct services to the young adults. Candidate must have strong organizational, communication, collaborative, as well as supervisory skills. Candidate must be willing to transport individuals to job interviews, drive to schools, social and recreational activities, etc.
