Are you a results-driven recruiting leader with a passion for building strong teams and delivering top talent? We are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and support a high-performing team of recruiters focused on hiring for critical, high-volume roles.
In this role, you will supervise a team of 3-5 recruiters, ensuring best-in-class hiring practices while also managing your own requisition load. You will serve as a hands-on leader, providing tactical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to your team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with hiring leaders to execute efficient, effective, and scalable recruitment strategies.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $88,370.00 and $135,847.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
