We are seeking a part-time Marketing Event Associate who wants to gain experience in a broad range of marketing responsibilities. If you want a crash course in all things B2C marketing then this is the role for you. If you bring your own marketing experience, even better.

This role will primarily involve evening hours, approximately 5 - 9pm on weekdays and some traditional business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Evening event setup-breakdown, and sometimes hosting, greeting guests

• Collateral and premiums inventory management

• Maintain, organize and inventory digital files including photos, videos, and documents

• Social media sharing

• Meetup list maintenance

• Course and event media listings

• Marketing, Communications or English degree or current undergrad

• Excellent written communications and proofreading skills preferred

• Familiarity with Google Drive, Dropbox, Vimeo, YouTube

• Great social skills, outgoing and comfortable engaging with new people

• Extraordinarily organized
