Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment and grounds at various facilities/sites including primarily painting and the prep work associated with it, carpentry, landscaping. The other duties will include, light plumbing, minor electrical repairs such as lighting replacement. The position will also require furnishing to be moved around and then put back into place. There may be some light assembly of furnishings as well. The position will also include some light housekeeping in nature such as cleaning carpets and wiping down walls and furnishings. Another aspect is pick-up and delivery of file boxes furnishing boxes either from site to storage or the other way around. Must be able to operate and use a variety of hand and power tools; Ladder work will be required in order to perform the work required in this position. Must be able to communicate via email and cell phones and possess enough computer skills to complete timesheets, requisitions, and mileage and personal vehicle mileage sheets.

Required Skills

High School Diploma with at least 2 years of related painting and maintenance experience. Basic computer skills required.
