ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Develop brand briefs and bios for upcoming pitches * Update mocks and decks using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign * Create case studies of successful partnerships that can be used for prospective sales pitches * Research local companies for the sales team to prospect * Maintain list of all contract exclusivities and designations for active partners * Assist in set-up for upcoming and active sales pitches * Work closely with other members of the Corporate Partnership team to achieve department goals and objectives * Support the franchise mission statement, vision and values by exhibiting excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, empowerment of others, commitment to our community outreach programs, accountability and ownership of work * Other duties as assigned by Corporate Partnership Team ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) or equivalent work experience * Marketing and promotions planning experience * Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clients * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required * Must possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn * Excellent written and verbal skills * Possess high degree of discretion and professionalism * Consistent, punctual and regular attendance * Professional image and demeanor * Must be creative and solutions-oriented * Must be a team player with ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines/high pressure situations The Miami Dolphins & Hard Rock Stadium are proud to be Drug-Free Workplaces.
