Job Description
This position will be associated with the Paint & Hardware division. Develop and execute a business plan and strategy for both new and existing customers to achieve targeted incremental revenue growth within assigned region
Qualifications
Self-motivated, independent individual
3 or more years of sales experience in paint sundries industry
Proven sales track record
Proficient at sales prospecting
Efficient at time management, negotiating and training
Excellent communication & presentation skills ****
Problem analysis and problem-solving at both a strategic and functional level
Ability to work independently from a remote field office
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
Use of logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
