This person will work closely with NextGenVest's VP of Operations to engage users in valuable ways, develop and maintain operational processes and systems, and scale marketing and outreach campaigns.

• Operational systems and processes: development, maintenance and on-going improvements to our database.

• Ownership of metric reports and providing analysis on a weekly basis from student data to drive team strategy. Growth strategy using multi-media, community engagement, and business development. You will oversee: Mailchimp, A/B Testing, Mandrill analytics across web and mobile.

• Maintain and execute digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels.

• Assist in execution of other ad hoc audience development and business projects.

• Assist in developing operational strategy to launch in new cities.

• Manage and select payroll software.

• A passion for inspiring and empowering students to fulfill their potential through smart financial and life decisions.

• An obsession with being hyper organized and managing day to day logistics of a small organization or start-up. The ability to think creatively about operational infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s Degree with an education or social media background a plus.

• Past experience organizing, leading, and managing students.

• High stamina and ability to think creatively through problems.
