    Key Responsibilities:

    • Academic Leadership: Cultivate collective accountability focused on student achievements, ensuring high-quality academic programs that meet institutional standards and enhance the student experience.

    • Operational Oversight: Manage campus operations to align with growth objectives, collaborating with university teams to implement initiatives that drive positive outcomes.

    • Talent Development: Support talent acquisition and development, empowering staff with the resources and training they need to thrive. Foster an environment that retains top talent through motivation and support.

    • Change Management: Champion a culture of adaptability, inspiring faculty and staff to unite around shared goals. Maintain a visible presence across the campus, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

    • Financial Management: Work closely with the finance department to manage campus financials, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring targets are met.

    • Student Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies to attract new students, monitor enrollment metrics, and enhance retention and graduation rates.

    • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local organizations, regulatory agencies, and advisory boards, representing the campus and advancing our mission within the community.

    • Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct. Oversee institutional assessments and audits to maintain high standards.

    • Policy Maintenance: Establish and uphold campus policies that promote operational effectiveness and align with institutional guidelines.

    • National Liaison: Collaborate with national directors to implement processes and share best practices across campuses, ensuring effective communication within the organization.

    • Campus Safety: Maintain a safe environment for staff, students, and visitors, addressing facility needs and collaborating with co-location leaders. Serve as a designated Campus Security Authority.

    • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education: Master’s degree in nursing, education, or business is required; Doctorate is highly preferred.
    • Experience: * Minimum of five years in nursing practice, with at least two years in higher education administration or as a faculty member. * At least two years in educational administration is required. * Experience managing a P&L and overseeing multiple functions is preferred.
    • Skills: * Strong leadership and operational experience with budget responsibilities. * Excellent collaboration, strategic agility, and emotional intelligence. * Proven ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
    • Licensure: Current unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse or multi-state licensure privilege to practice nursing in the Commonwealth/State.

    Additional Information

    _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,171.61 and $175,761.85. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
