PLATFORM & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR, School of Dental Medicine, Office of the Dean
The platform /systems administrator's responsibilities are to plan, implement, and maintain the systems and specialized applications in a dental care teaching environment. Generally speaking, this includes the clinical information systems, digital radiography systems, and CAD/CAM (computer aided designing / computer aided manufacturing) systems in a HIPAA environment. They will maintain the Windows Servers from an operating system level and share some responsibility in the server's health. Primary technologies used in meeting the responsibilities include but not limited to- Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, Powershell, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft SQL Server. They will require a functioning knowledge of- VSphere, Networking, HIPAA Security.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred and 5-8 years of experience.
