Job Description
** Broad Function and Purpose of Position** :
Under general supervision, prepare, process and analysis payroll ensuring compliance with all applicable state and Federal wage and hour laws. Prepare various reports and filings as required by Federal, state and local laws, Sika policy and outside agencies.
Specific Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Three – five years’ experience in preparation, processing and maintenance of outside vendor computerized payroll for all Sika Employees.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience is helpful.
Must possess excellent knowledge of multi-state payroll taxes and other Federal, state and local payroll laws.
Planning and organization and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, and attention to detail.
